I start with the people using the software, the information it needs and the systems it must connect to. We define the essential release first, then build and review working features in manageable stages.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
My full-stack experience includes Next.js and React with TypeScript, Phoenix with Elixir, and Ruby on Rails. Flutter is part of my independent app work. The choice depends on your existing system, product needs and long-term maintenance—not a requirement to rebuild everything in the newest framework.

Yes. I can investigate an existing codebase, improve a specific workflow, integrate a new service or take on a larger rebuild when there is a clear reason for it.
Do I need a complete specification?
No. A description of the problem, who it affects and what a better outcome looks like is a useful starting point. We can turn that into a practical scope together.
